Expansion of the Maine Crafters MarketPlace Emporium is Complete!
The 3000 square foot Maine Crafter's Marketplace Emporium at The Maine Heritage Village is a must… This real old fashioned country store will display 100's of penny candies, dried fruits, fresh baked pies, fudge, nuts, Maine wine, beer, large pottery selection, handmade soaps, candles, jewelry, handmade quilts, and a wide variety of fresh baked goods. The Emporium will also have many made in Maine crafts and gift items for you to choose from. Also located in the Marketplace is Santa's wood working section with toys for young and old is a must. Please stop by the Jam Factory inside the building, sample dozens of flavors and see how real Maine Jams and Jellies are made.

Free Ice Cream Sundaes For Mom On Mothers Day
The Marketplace Emporium is letting Mom put up her feet and enjoy a free Giffords ice cream sundae made just the way she likes. To celebrate Mom on Mothers Day come to the Maine Heritage Village and get Mom her free treat as well as an endless opportunity to browse arts, crafts and hundreds of unique Made in Maine products.

Gift Basket section added to Marketplace Emporium
Select from a variety of lovely handmade baskets and walk through this old fashioned country store selecting only the products your Mother will truly enjoy. Choose from hundreds of baked goods, handmade crafts and other gifts. Choose the right size basket and price you want. No 2 baskets will ever be the same. Shipping arrangements will also be available for those who may want to mail there gift baskets to loved ones.

This includes cake, ice cream, party ware, setup/cleanup, and balloons.
Hold your own events for Birthdays, Anniversaries, Surprise Parties, Bridal showers, Baby Showers or Reunions for all ages in our old fashioned Schoolhouse. The Village will host and cater your event with help from the Marketplace Emporium for cakes, pies, gift baskets, candies, gifts, our choose items from the full menu Lobster Shack Restaurant, including $8.95 Lobster Dinners. The Lobster Shacks full menu is packed with choices like Lobster rolls, hamburgers, hotdogs, chicken, ribs and much more.

Dinner out on the Village Green Gazebo
The Village Green Gazebo is a great option for a private dinner party from 10 to 35 friends and family. There is no extra charge for the use of the Gazebo. Setup a reservation and the Lighthouse Lobster Shack can handle the rest. With a full menu of items to choose from, there will be plenty of choices for everyone. Santa's Wood Working Shop
Santa has decided that the Maine Heritage Village would be a wonderful place to make his one-of-a-kind handmade wooden toys. Stop by and bring the whole family to see the way assortments of wooden toys are made right on site! Santa's Workshop will be part of the Maine Crafters Marketplace creating wooden boats, trains, and one of a kind christmas ornaments. Don't miss out!

Welcome Front Porch - Homespun and Vintage Treasures
The Village would like to announce our newest crafter in the Sugar Shack Building. Front Porch will be selling home made items such as, Walking Sticks, Antique Spoon Chimes, Bird Houses, Assorted Greeting Cards, Framed Pictures, Wool Hooked Rugs, Shingle Signs, Potted Plants and Flowers, Mittens, Hats and Scarves,and much more.
Front Porch will be open on May 1st through Dec. 24th, 7 days a week, from 10:00 AM-6:00 PM. On opening day we will have entertainment.

Forgotten Recipes
All our jelly and jams are made fresh on site by Forgotten Recipes daily. Stop in and take a tour of the cooking area, sample dozens of flavors and see how real Maine jams and jellies are made fresh daily. The Marketplace Emporium will stock over 30 varieties including the 4 time blue ribbon winning Blueberry Jam and the very popular Triple Berry Jam.
